The Carpe Diem is a 35-meter luxury liveaboard cruising the Maldives. She is a sister ship to the Carpe Vita and Carpe Novo on the Indian Ocean. The ship offers a highly trained staff to ensure divers the best of a diving holiday. The ship has 10 cabins on three decks and accommodates up to 20 guests. Each deluxe cabin features air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The dining salon and lounge area are equipped with a flat screen TV and entertainment system. The ship features three decks where guests can relax and enjoy the views of the Indian Ocean. All outdoor deck areas provide comfortable seating and chaise lounges. All meals are chef-prepared and served buffet-style in the outdoor dining and bar area located at the back of the boat.
The Carpe Diem offers year-round dive charters to some of the best dive sites in the Maldives. The local dive masters will show divers everything from mantas, sharks and whale sharks to tiny shrimps, nudibranchs, and ghost pipe fishes. Dive itineraries include Kudarah Thila, Manta Point, Maaya Thila, Fish Head, and Machafushi wreck to name a few.
The Carpe Diem offers free nitrox to EAN-certified divers, and offers EAN 32%. The ship does not support technical diving or rebreathers. The Carpe Diem schedules 3 dives per day.
