All newly renovated suites come with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchens as well as tropical sunlight and breezes from the large windows. Third-floor suites have hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and Jacuzzi bathtubs. There are Economy Suites, Garden View Suites, Partial Ocean View Suites, Oceanfront Suites, and an Owner’s Oceanfront Suite providing comfortable accommodation for any budget.
With sailing, scuba diving, fishing, snorkeling, day tours, and so much more; guests will never run out of activities. Guests can enjoy parasailing, wave runners, kayaking, and rent golf carts. The Inn is perfect for kids with a glass-bottom boat and their own playground on Ambergis Caye Beach. The 40-foot Blue Mermaid is a boat made from locally sourced hardwood, including Santa Maria Bullet and Mahogany. The traditional boat has a bathroom onboard and a diesel inboard engine. The boat was crafted by local father and son boat builders, Leanardo and Beto Munos. This boat is ideal for sailing and there are tours of Hol Chan Marine Park, Mexico Rocks, and Coral Gardens.
One, two, and three-tank dive trips are offered and guests come to explore the one hundred eighty-five miles of the Belize Barrier Reef. The waters are consistent all year, ranging from 76 to 84 degrees. With underwater visibility up to one hundred sixty-five feet, there isn’t much that you can’t see. Guests often find friendly moray eels, schools of blue tang, blue-striped grunts, and silk snappers. Rays and nurse sharks are also a common sight for divers. There are local dive shops partnered with the Inn to arrange dive adventures. Night dives are also highly encouraged to experience nocturnal marine life. Guests new to scuba diving or guests looking to learn more about the sport, there are several courses available for any level diver.
Scuba diving packages include three days of 2-tank local diving, night dive or additional single-tank dive, roundtrip local air from BZE International Airport to San Pedro Town, and roundtrip taxi transfer to Blue Tang Inn.
