The resort amenities include spacious, comfortable rooms with casual décor, hardwood furnishings, and Central American folk art. Accommodations include ten deluxe tree-houses raised on stilts set in the coast forest surrounded by orchids and birds, eight treehouse rooms, two beachfront suites, eight beachfront rooms, and two beachfront-plus rooms. Accommodations feature king or double queen beds, plush linens, air conditioning, ceiling fans, private porches and tiled bathrooms in all rooms. The Great House is the heart of all activities at the resort. Here guests will find the lobby, reception, gift shop, restaurant, bar, and wrap-around veranda.
The resort features a curved, freshwater infinity pool with brick decking. Beach chairs, hammocks and beach towels are provided.

The resort offers several Reef and Rainforest packages. These packages are ideal for guests who wish to explore Belize's marine and mainland activities or for guests traveling with companions who have divergent interests. Packages include accommodation, continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner, roundtrip air transfers from Belize International Airport to Dangriga, roundtrip ground transfers from Dangriga to the Hamanasi resort, and welcome drinks upon arrival. Dive tanks, weights, and belts are included with diving. Atoll upgrades are available.
