Stay in the peaceful Belize accommodation, right in the littoral forest, surrounded by coconut trees. Each room features a king pillowtop bed, original artwork, and an ensuite bathroom. All packages include boat transportation to and from the island with arrival and departure days on Wednesdays and Saturdays. As one of the most isolated and untouched atolls in Belize, Huracan Diving is the only dive resort in the Lighthouse Reef area. Reefs abound at thirty-five feet and divers will find pristine sponge and coral formations growing along the steep walls. At the northernmost tip of the Atoll, divers can discover Sandbore Caye and the lighthouse. The Great Blue Hole is just fifteen minutes north of Long Caye and is four hundred feet deep. Diving down to one hundred thirty feet, divers experience an overhang with huge stalactites that can be up to twenty feet long. There is also reef sharks encountered while diving the Blue Hole. Half Moon Caye has some of the most famous wall dives in the area. The second lighthouse of the Atoll is located on Half Moon Caye and is home for over one hundred species of birds, including the Red Footed Bobby and Magnificent Frigate.
