The resort features seven restaurants, in room dining, five bars and one nightclub. Sports facilities include two tennis courts, three pools, and a supervised-activity Kids Club. On site dive services are provided by Dive Palancar. Dive Palancar is a PADI Gold Palm Facility and sponsors the local Hyperbaric Chamber Clinic. Divers enjoy hot spots like San Francisco, Santa Rosa Wall and Shallows, Palancar Reef, Cedral Pass and Palancar Gardens, Horseshoe and Caves. Night diving in Cozumel is excellent, and divers can find bioluminescent plankton all around them. Advanced divers can experience the Devil's Throat that opens in a dark narrow tunnel at eighty feet and exits to a sunlit opening at one hundred thirty feet on the wall. Marine species include barracuda, splendid toadfish, eagle rays, sharks, and loggerhead turtles.
All-inclusive packages include unlimited meals, snacks, beverages, and full open bar with premium brands. Guests have access to three pools, a gym, and a hydromassage pool. There are also scuba diving classes in the pool, two lighted tennis courts, beach and pool volleyball, kayaking, snorkeling, water polo, sailing, and windsurfing. Services available but not part of the all-inclusive plan include the day spa, gift shop, laundry, rental cars, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, and golf. Excursions to the ruins at Tulum, Chichen Itza and Xel-ha can be arranged. Dive packages include daily trips to the world’s second largest reef system along the coast of Isla Cozumel.
