There are five categories of accommodation offered: Garden View Room, Ocean View Room, Oceanfront Room, Suites, and Water Bungalow. All one hundred sixty-five guest rooms, suites, and water bungalows are built in the traditional Palauan A-frame style. They are set through the 64-acre lush tropical gardens. All accommodation includes a private patio or balcony and complimentary amenities such as WiFi, bathrobes, and slippers.
Guests can enjoy activities from hiking to tennis to water sports, and relax on the private beach in a cabana or paddle board over the blue waters. The PADI 5 Star Dive Center is on site and offers guided diving, snorkeling boat trips, equipment sales, rentals, repairs, and instructional programs. The resort features a freshwater infinity pool and large Jacuzzi that overlook the ocean. The resort offers a full range of spa treatments in the Elilai Spa by Mandara.
The resort has several restaurants from which to choose, ranging from fine dining to casual buffet breakfasts. The Coconut Terrace has themed buffets and live entertainment. The Sunset Beer Garden has samples of local draft beers that pair perfectly with snacks. Guests may opt to eat off of the resort property, and transportation is arranged at the Guest Service counter. BBI shuttle bus service is available in the evening and taxis to take guests downtown at any time of day. Daily room service is offered as well as private dining experiences for romantic getaways and honeymoons.
Dive packages are offered with Palau Dive Adventures. Accommodation and dive packages include 7-nights at Palau Pacific Resort, daily buffet breakfast, airport pickup and drop-off, thirteen dives over five days, including two dives at Peleliu (weather permitting), snorkel at Jellyfish Lake, daily pickup and drop-off from the dock at Palau Royal Resort, Japanese bento box lunches, snacks, tea and water on the boat, and valet handling of dive gear.
