The Villa is one of the best-kept secrets in Cozumel. The Villa is located just a short bicycle ride from town and guests can easily access the local restaurants or a mercado for food to prepare in their own kitchen or courtyard BBQ. The number one goal is to ensure guests have the Aldora experience and keep coming back.

Dive services are offered by Aldora Divers with easy pickup from the Villa dock. Aldora offers Day dives with plenty to choose from, diving in the marine park, the east side or north of Cozumel. Divers are paired by experience, skill level, and interests, to do two dives, departing every day at 7:30 am from the downtown dock. Aldora offers nitrox but does not support technical diving or rebreathers.
Night reef dives are offered in the Marine Park Arrecifes de Cozumel, with one dive departing at Dusk. Night dives are guaranteed every Wednesday and Saturday with booking in advance. Aldora runs a night dive any day with a minimum of four divers or a private charter. Aldora also offers unique long-range trips. Aldora divers discovered five large coral heads way to the north of Cozumel in which large Caribbean reef sharks can be found sleeping in a somewhat catatonic state. This is the place where the fabled Isla Mujeres Sleeping sharks ran and hid. Not only the sharks, but the pristine coral formations with squadrons of eagle rays and other pelagic abound there. Long-range, full-day, 3 tanks dive trip to the North of Cozumel, depart at 7:30 am from the Aldora dock.
